1. What they are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. Browser storage is a similar browser technology that can keep a preference locally or only for the current session. In this Policy, “cookies” is used as a general label for these technologies unless we say otherwise.
2. Our approach
We use a privacy-by-default approach. Essential technology may operate without consent where strictly needed for a requested service, security or remembering your privacy choice. Analytics and marketing technology must not activate before express consent.
Rejecting optional categories does not restrict the site's core content. “Essential only” and “Accept all” are genuine alternatives, and settings can be changed later.
3. Essential technology
These technologies support core functionality and cannot be disabled through our consent panel.
- 1to10-cookie-consent-v1 — localStorage; stores selected categories, version and dates; up to 6 months.
- setup-offer-seen — sessionStorage; remembers that the promotional popup was closed; until the browser session ends.
- Hosting/CDN security technology — may be used by infrastructure for routing, abuse prevention and reliable delivery; duration depends on the supplier and technical necessity.
4. Analytics
Analytics can measure visited pages, approximate source and technical performance. At the date of this Policy, we have not enabled a separate analytics provider.
If one is introduced, it will load only after “Analytics” is selected, and this page will name the provider, purpose and retention. We will prefer minimised or aggregated data where possible.
5. Marketing
Marketing cookies may support attribution, remarketing, profiling or cross-site advertising measurement. At the date of this Policy, we do not use them.
If introduced, they will require prior consent, named suppliers and an easy withdrawal mechanism.
6. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies and storage support an expressly requested service and legitimate security/operational purposes. Optional analytics and marketing technology relies on prior, informed and freely given consent under applicable ePrivacy rules and the GDPR.
7. Managing and withdrawing consent
You may accept all, retain essential only or make a granular choice. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen the panel. A new choice replaces the previous one.
You can also delete local storage and cookies in your browser. This may remove the saved preference and the banner will appear again.
8. Third parties and international transfers
Embedded content or future integrations may allow a third party to set cookies, but only where essential or covered by your consent. The third party is responsible for its own policy.
Where an optional supplier transfers data outside the EEA, we apply an appropriate transfer mechanism as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates and contact
We periodically review the site and will update the list when technology is added or removed. A material change may trigger a fresh choice.
