This website is operated by Simeon Gatev, developing the 1→10 initiative and trading name, with operations in Sofia, Bulgaria (“1→10”, “we”, “us”). Contact: 1to10consult@gmail.com and +359 89 700 9919.
Where a service is supplied through a separate registered company, its full details will appear in the relevant proposal, agreement or invoice. These Terms govern website use and do not replace a consulting or implementation agreement.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
The site is intended primarily for owners, managers and representatives of business organisations. No consumer contract is automatically concluded and no payment is taken through the website.
3. Information only
Content explains our approach to processes, digital solutions, SaaS integrations and AI automation. It is general business information, not personalised legal, accounting, tax, investment, cybersecurity or other regulated advice.
Examples, calculations, third-party prices and projected savings are illustrative. Actual results depend on process, volume, team, supplier and the date on which information is checked.
4. Enquiries and Book a Call
An enquiry, email or diagnostic form does not oblige us to accept a project and does not create a contract. Information submitted through the form is stored in a protected working database used to manage enquiries.
We may decline a conversation or project because of capacity, fit, conflict of interest, legal or reputational risk. Enquiry information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
5. Client engagements
Every engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment, acceptance, roles, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and termination.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, that agreement prevails for the relevant engagement.
6. Outcomes and client responsibilities
We do not guarantee a financial result, growth level, saving, sales outcome or uninterrupted operation of third-party software. Success also depends on data quality, client decisions, team adoption and supplier actions.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information it supplies.
- The client provides required licences, access and internal approvals.
- The client reviews configurations, automated actions and AI outputs before production use where risk requires it.
- The client remains responsible for legal, accounting, HR and regulatory decisions.
7. Third-party software, integrations and AI
References to Notion, Asana, Monday.com, SAP, Mailchimp, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another product do not imply partnership, endorsement or warranty. Trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services have their own terms, pricing, limits, privacy and security practices. Features and APIs may change or stop without our control. The client must approve suppliers and their terms before implementation.
8. Intellectual property
The design, copy, diagrams, methodologies and original materials on the site are protected by applicable law. You may view them and share a link for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not systematically copy, republish, sell, remove notices, use the 1→10 brand or present materials as your own without written permission. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the client agreement.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully or in a way that threatens security, availability or another person's rights.
- No unauthorised access, bypassing safeguards or vulnerability scanning.
- No large-scale automated extraction that burdens the site or infringes rights.
- No malicious code, spam, misleading information or third-party personal data without lawful grounds.
- No impersonation of 1→10 or use of the site for fraud.
10. Case studies, testimonials and links
Case studies describe a particular context and do not promise the same outcome elsewhere. Names, logos, values or operating details are used on an appropriate basis and may be aggregated or rounded.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control external content, security or availability and are not responsible for it.
11. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care with accuracy and availability, but provide the public site as available. Interruptions, errors, outdated information or device incompatibility may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit arising solely from use or inability to use the public website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Bulgarian law governs these Terms. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and otherwise by the competent Bulgarian court under applicable procedural rules.
