WHY ME

I have been in your seat.

I started 1→10 because every business I have operated eventually reached the same boundary: one person can create momentum, but only a system can turn it into sustainable growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, I managed delivery, capacity, quality control, contractors and financial discipline inside an international consulting and research organisation. As Chief Executive Officer, I have built product, team, processes, partnerships and operating roadmaps from zero.

As an entrepreneur, I have launched more than five businesses across different industries. One of them—Nomadica—grew to more than 30 properties in four cities, a team of 10+ and over €10M in assets under management. In 2026, it was acquired by the largest company in its sector in Eastern Europe.

In total, I have led teams of more than 40 people, companies and programmes approaching €10M in revenue, and systems connecting sales, delivery, finance, customer service, people operations, reporting and technology. I have designed business architecture not as an outside observer, but as the person who then had to make it work.
