WHY ME

I have been in your seat.

I started 1→10 because every business I have operated eventually reached the same boundary: one person can create momentum, but only a system can turn it into sustainable growth.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, I managed delivery, teams and financial discipline—and built product, process and partnerships from zero, inside an international consulting and research organisation.

As an entrepreneur, I have launched more than five businesses. One of them—Nomadica—grew to more than 30 properties in four cities and over €10M in assets under management, before being acquired by the largest company in its sector in 2026.

My new initiative is to give SMEs the systems that usually arrive too late.
